TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders, purchase, fulfilment and delivery of all goods and services sold by Sasha Cranwell when using this site. Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order and by doing so, you agree to be bound by and comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Pricing, Sales, Promotions & Discounts

• Online store prices may vary due to specific promotions or specials
• All prices displayed on our site are in Australian dollars
• All prices displayed on our online store are excluding shipping costs. Shipping costs will be calculated upon checkout.

Shipping

Shipping is based on postage and handling costs. Some items can only be shipped within Australia. A refund may be offered for those items that have been purchased and cannot be delivered due to international shipping limitations. 

Payments

All orders are calculated in Australian Dollars and can be paid for via credit card with Visa, MasterCard, or a debit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay. I unfortunately do not accept personal cheque as forms of payment. 

I believe that all of my customers should feel safe when purchasing from my online store. Therefore, I have implemented a secure payment system to protect against fraudulent activity. 

International products

International products are print on demand, if there are any concerns over the product you receive, please contact info@lowproliving.com.au and I will contact the facility who has printed your product to try and rectify the issue. 

Foreign transaction fee

Some banks may charge a foreign transaction fee, please speak with your bank to confirm if this applies for you or for further details.

Partial Cancellations

From time to time due to unforeseen stock issues, I unfortunately will not be able to completely fulfil your order. If any of your items in your order are out of stock, I will endeavor to provide you with reasonable notice of such cancellation, and you will not be charged for these. 

Returns 

I want you to love the products you buy from me! I go to great lengths, taking time and care to ensure that I can bring you great quality products.
Should you be dissatisfied with the product you have received because of it being damaged upon delivery, you can gain a refund or replacement product within 14 days of purchase. For returns, please contact info@lowproliving.com.au
